On Wednesday, Amity University announced that it would be
setting up 40 offshore campuses.
The University would open its campus in Australia within a year, confirmed its Chancellor, Atul Chauhan.
Atul further added by saying that university will open campuses at Australia, Canada, Spain, Germany, Japan, France and some South African countries. Amity has already global campuses at London, Dubai, Singapore, New York, California, Abu Dhabi, China, etc. he said this at the three-day International Business Horizon conference (INBUSH ERA - 2016) at the university.
Atul said that Amity is an example of Make in India (on the lines of Prime Minister's Campaigns like Make in India, Skills Development and Start up India). Amity maintains its quality of education provided at every campus and by opening other campuses, it will demonstrate its education system, research and innovation to the global community.
The theme of the conference INBUSH ERA is E=E3. This represents that future of education depends on entrepreneurship, employment and economic development. The three day conference by Amity (held at International Business School, Noida Sector 125) was attended by representatives from 20 countries.
