Admit cards for the CA Common Proficiency Test (CPT) have been released by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) on their official website-- icaiexam.icai.org. The exam is scheduled for December 17 across 191 centers in India.
In an official note, ICAI said that they have stopped sending the admit cards via post since May 2017.
CA CPT will be held in two sessions. The morning session will have Fundamentals of accounting and Mercantile Law paper from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm. The afternoon session will be from 2pm to 4pm and will have General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude exams. To pass the exam and graduate to next level, candidates are required to attempt minimum 170 questions in the exam.
Steps to download CA CPT 2017 admit cards
- Visit the official website of ICAI -- icaiexam.icai.org
- On the homepage click on the link for the CPT admit cards
- A pdf will open, read the instructions and click on the link displayed on the page
- Enter you registration number and other details
- Download the admit card and take print out of the same
In case there needs to be done some correction, candidates will have the opportunity to do so from November 28 till December 9.
