Delhi University will going to take a major step for its upcoming 2016 admission process. The admission is going in DU for its different undergraduate courses, the Non-Collegiate Women's Education Board (NCWEB), has made the decision to admit more 5,700 candidates this year for the commencing academic session.
NCWEB admits female candidates from the National Capital Territory (NCT) of Delhi and classes will be conducted only on Sundays.
NCWEB's seats Details:
"¢Presently ,NCWEB has approximately 6,000 seats and 13 DU colleges
"¢12 new centres being planned to be opened in near future, that means NCWEB will now have 1, 1700 seats in 25 colleges
"¢NCWEB for undergraduate students proposes B.A and B.Com courses.
"¢The annual fee for all courses is approximately 3,500 per year.
"¢Course will be free for Persons with Disability (PwD).

Officiating Director of NCWEB Mr. Anuj Gupta said, "We are adding around 5,700 seats to our undergraduate courses. This will help in providing higher education to more girls, who cannot join regular colleges."
"Women students get enough time to pursue professional courses and even do regular jobs as they are free for six days a week. Our classes happen only on Sunday, so these students can do career enhancement courses on weekdays," O.D Mr. Gupta added.
On July 15th 2016 the first cut-off list likely to be announced for admissions and the second cut-off will come out on July 20th 2016.
Rules for students at NCWEB:
"¢The students at NCWEB are not allowed to pursue any full-time course while being associated with the board
"¢The annual fee charged per year is Rs 3,500 and students are expected to submit their original certificates at the time of admission
"¢No fee is charged for physically disabled students
"¢NCWEB also provides students an access to skill development programmes under National Skill Development Corporation
