The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIM-A) has responded to the increasing demands for online courses. The institute has announced its plan to launch two-year Post Graduate Programme (PGP) online courses by June this year.
Although an online course, the students will be mentored by IIM faculties and the mode of teaching and learning will be based on experiential and participatory modes. These include case studies, self-learning, online lectures and projects, peer-to-peer learning, simulations etc. In addition, the students will also be provided with IIM-A resources. The students will be provided with 800 classroom instruction hours.
