The actual skills set required to be in the organization are imparted in you because of your learning capabilities. Different training methods like On the Job & off the Job are used to develop an employee into a productive employee. Firstly, He is kept on a Probation period of 3-6 months to check whether he can perform or not. After then he becomes the permanent employee.
D. Performance management: - Here an employee starts performing his tasks & duties. He knows what his roles & responsibilities are. He gives his level best to achieve his set targets. He sets the objectives to achieve his individual target first & then of the complete organization as well.
E. Performance Review: - Here, at the end of every month your present performance is compared with the expected performance & organization decides whether you have achieved, overachieved & underachieved the targets & expectations of the organization.
