Once Upon A timeby Mirage 2015
With the countdown hitting the start and merely 4 days to gofor Mirage to kickstart Team NKBMS has geared up yet again to set anotherextraordinary benchmark, this time with the theme, 'Once upon a time in India'.
With preparations in full swing, Team Mirage, this year, hasleft no stones unturned to make the festival achieve magnificent glory. Theactivities started with celebrating Children's Day, as a part of socialresponsibility, which was undertaken by the students of NKBMS. The studentsdevoted their entire day and energy towards giving the children of MKES HighSchool, a day of happiness and moments full of immense joy. This simple gestureenlightened the hearts of the little kids, who were offered various rides likeBungee Jumping, Train Rides,and different joy slides. Team Mirage did not stopat this, and soon after, On World Aids Day,the team stood up together yet againto make a difference by organising a flashmob at Oberoi Mall, Goregaon. Theflashmob was organised in a bid to raise awareness about Aids, and make adifference for the Aids-affected. Days of hard work and toiling proved to befruitful, as the flashmob turned out to be a huge success.
Mirage also marks a grand opening on 9th December, withIndia's top DJ, and World's #59 DJ, DJ Chetas, mesmerising the crowd with hiselectrifying beats. The grand night is set to take place at Korakendra Grounds,and a crowd of 20,000 people is expected to turn up for the same. Mirage isdivided into 4 broad events, Arts, Minds, Sports and Culturals, waiting to testpotentials at their very best. On the closing day, 14th December, the festivalprovides a platform to showcase the best art across the city.
Mirage commenced 14years ago, and this is the 15th consecutive year. Each year, Mirage has onlyachieved tremendous success, and yet, the desire to achieve never ends.
