Working in big companies is everyone's dream. Multinational companies pay you really high, especially to the employees working for night shifts. But these night shifts reverse the routine & results in health problems. Common health problems include sleep disorders, digestive upsets, obesity and heart disease.
As per health requirements, we are not supposed to eat in the mid-night but night shifts make you break the rule. When the society sleeps, televisions are turned off; we work late nights & sleeps during day hours, which is again dangerous for health.
Staying awake all night is really physically demanding. Your schedule becomes totally opposite to the normal. You sleep during day hours, eat heavy at nights & travel early morning.
