All of us wants a job which can pay us a good salary at the end of the month but we are not ready to see that how can we do it. There are many problems that we face in our education system. The education system is like a first base for every kind of occupation. Every job needs a basic requirement and qualification. The more you will be educated, the more you will get as your salary.
Actually this problem is not caused by just one factor rather there are many different factors. Few of them are:
1. Lack of money
2. Lack of proper teachers
3. Lack of resources and technology etc.
Few problems related to the education:
There are many problems related to our education system. Some of the common problems are given below:
1. Promotes mug up: Nowadays student has to mug up things and have to write things without understanding the experimental view. This system limits the knowledge to a theoretical stage.
2. Does not make the persona: Our system does not help in developing the persona of the students. In this competitive world, personality is much more preferred than qualification. Our system believes in getting good marks and does not expose the child to the outer environment.
3. Less global look: Students are confined to their society and culture. It creates a narrow mind and a negative mindset.
4. Establishment follower: The student in our education system has to understand others view or establishments. They are not allowed to make their own view and do analysis about the facts and figure.
Problems related to the resources:
Not only the above factors but few problems related to the resources of the education are also faults in this system:
· Teachers are inefficient: Teacher in government school and universities are either not trained properly or show inefficiency in their profession. The main reason behind this is the low salary paid by the government.
· The medium of language: Over emphasis has been given in English. But if the student doesn’t understand English properly then they are going to give bad grades in technical subjects like math etc.
· Creativeness is destroyed: Students now just copy the styles of education of the western cultures. The creativeness, innovation thoughts of these students are destroyed by this. What is the advantage of sending many students in school, when they are unable to find the solution for problems faced by the country?
Not only these are the problems but some of the main problem is this also that our education system is not up to date according to the present market needs. So the education which is given is totally irrelevant according to the market.
Everything that is taught to us in our school and college is not enough to get a good job in the job market. Due to this type of system, our youth has lost every interest and became less ambitious about their life which is wrong. They have a lack of confidence and ambitions. They don’t want to be an entrepreneur instead they want to work for someone else.
Conclusions:
Our educating system has many different flaws in a different section. Our government should put this system in one of their top priority and should implement proper laws to address various issues related to this system. Our system is still not able to end the disparity in social lives. This also needs to be taken care of. Our education system needs to get repaired and redesigned according to our need of today’s life and job market.
