In recent years, we have not heard about that any government school faculty complaining about their salary. They suffer lots of problems because of salary, but they can't do any complaint. Some statistics states that, the range of a government teacher's salary starts from approx 15,000 to 20,000. This salary fully depends on the state and it varies according to different states. They also get the benefits of retirement and health care support, but they will not get any security services. If they are experienced and worked for a long time in this field just approx 20 years so the range of their salaries are 40,000 to 45,000 per month. This is considered for those situations where teachers belong from small towns or any rural area and their salaries are not so much high. But they are comfortable and satisfied for their salary. So, this is our education system and they offer a salary according to experience and area.
Our education system doesn't involve those faculties who are not in regular job. It means the faculties are working on the contract based jobs. The reason behind that, the range of their salary is very attractive and good. That's why people choose a government school teacher job instead of private and high class schools as well as they offer pension facility which is not available in private job.
This is a true fact that the salaries of private school teachers are very low; they are lying on the border of unfair. There are several reasons why these private schools easily get faculties at low range salary. The main reason is, those faculties join private schools at a very low salary so they are preparing to get employment in government schools. It means, they are trying to get a government teacher job that's why they joined private schools for gaining some experience that is beneficial for their future.
The recruitment of government faculties has its own speed and scale and many people are trying for many years to get a job in government schools. Lots of people leave this profession because they don't get government teacher job after struggling. They do other things because they are frustrated and don't want lower salary.
We need to focus on the basic things about our education system. It means we have to point out and observe our overall education system.
