Those schools are not recognized by the government so these schools are not able to give education to students. The reason behind that is they are not certified and capable to teach people. There are approx 68 primary schools and nurseries that run without necessary state acknowledgment so they get notice by the elementary education' department. This is very necessary for the future of upcoming experts which makes our nation better and receives highest position. If these schools are not stopping their business and not work according to the notice so they will get second notice from the section of elementary education. The second notice will be the last and warning notice for them. If they still working after the second notice so it will be closed by legally and the students of these schools will shift from there to the other certified schools. Some experts said that these kinds of schools are not able to meet the needs of a perfect and proper school according to the government rules and they will have to shut down.
Education officer said these schools get notice in last few weeks and before that, they survey all schools which are unauthorized and make a list of it. After making list, the government gives notices to these schools and gives warnings to them. Few months ago, the principals of every school asked from the government and they said you can identify all schools in every locality and check carefully all the documents. These notices were delivered to all schools that are not authorized and working without any approval of government. They also check all necessary certificates that are essential to run a school whether it is primary or high school.
A whole team of the education section will personally visit all unrecognized schools after sometime and do inspections. After inspection, they note all progress and make a record of it as per the important norms. Lots of certificates are mandatory if you want to run a school like safety and fire certificate, stability certificate, health certificate as well as city corporation certificates. These all are very important and mandatory thing for any school.
The most important thing in spite of that is minimum land need to run a school. The area should be minimum for a school and you don't have right to take more land for a small school. This is against of rules and not beneficial for the owner of school. If any school is not obeying the rules of government so they have to closed their school because it wasn't work on the norms. There are lots of schools have not renewed their licenses which is very important for every school and this thing happened because they don't have need land. The government decides the criteria of land for school and more than that they can't able to provide land. This thing will also affect to the students because it get loss of studies. Around more than 30 schools were closed in this academic year because they all are unauthorized.
