Everyone has a set goal in life: Good schooling, college, a good job & happy life. It seems that the scenario has changed. Now people are expecting good schooling, college, graduate, and more degrees, time being job, satisfactory job, and happy life. The reason of the changes happening in the society is Academic Inflation.

Academic inflation means students attaining more degrees after graduation because of the demands of the industry as they no more require graduates, they would prefer to go with post graduates or the professionals. Even for an average profile, a student has to undergo a complete post graduation & after that he gets the chance to get placed into this competitive world. Demands for higher degrees even if it's not required for the profile is really unfair. Companies are asking for experienced professionals nowadays. Here Question arises that how they are going to be experienced when companies are not giving chance to the graduates to enter & learn? Till when they will struggle for the higher degrees? Till how long they will fight for the jobs? All these questions are needed to be answered.

At one side we are making students to get higher professional degrees & the other side we can see the increase in the fee structure of such professional courses which they can't even afford to get. Bachelor's degrees are no more in the requirement; Companies trust the professional degrees & giant experience certificates to hire an employee. Because of this academic inflation, higher education demands have increased & more admissions in the colleges & universities are taking place. People are ready to put hell lot of money for big professional courses because of the requirement of this present situation. After all, at the end of the day, they require a good job to live happy life.

We can say, it's one of the reasons why too many people are still sitting unemployed. Imagine the condition of this professional world, as people have graduate degrees but are still jobless. Courses like M-Tech, MBA, MCA, PHDs, & other master degrees are in heavy demand. If the situation remains the same, it will result in more people running for the higher degrees & less skilled workforce due to no practical experience.
